Fees are quoted in FCFA (XAF). Orders above the per-city free-delivery threshold ship free. Need a city that isn't listed? Contact us and we'll arrange it.

Returns

  1. Email returns@bellablissboutique.shop within 30 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number.
  2. We’ll send a pre-paid return label (in-country) or a customs declaration for international returns.
  3. Pack the piece in its original box, with any certificates, and drop it at your nearest courier point.
  4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 working days of receipt.

Custom and personalised pieces (engraving, custom commissions, resizing) are non-returnable, with the exception of manufacturing defects.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size, stone, or chain length? Email us within 30 days and we’ll arrange an exchange instead of a refund. The first exchange is free; subsequent exchanges on the same order are charged at cost.

For fragrances, we’ll happily exchange any unopened bottle for another scent of equal value, with shipping covered by us in-country.
